Austin and Trevor connected while sourcing local farm-fresh ingredients in central Florida. United by a passion for the Earth and its treasures, they started Fungaia as a way to craft ceremonial-grade cacao and small-batch roasted coffees, thoughtfully infused with high-potency functional mushrooms.
